W3schools - great resource for HTML and CSS tips. It can also help you learn the basics of other programming languages, such as Javascript, Python, and C#.

7.css - Developed by khang-nd using the xp.css framework. This is a design system that replicates the UI of Windows 7 with CSS; includes links to XP.css and 98.css.

Mewheart - Now long defunct, but archived, the site had some really cute pokemon themed website assets that are used on this site. All the mew dividers and themed pixel art on this site were made by Mewheart, and you will see other various mew sprites they've made in use around this site. (Second archive link)

werewolfdev - For recreations of Windows XP icons. Their deviantart is long inactive, but the free-to-use icons remain.

The Spriter's Resource - is a great archive of sprite sheets from most games.

National Icon Dex Project, hosted by MBCMechachu - Primary sprite in use on this site is the redone mew party sprite by Wolfang62 and leParagon, which will be found on the Blog. This project seeks to create updated party sprites for all pokemon and forms.

randimg.net: A site used to create rotating images. Good for forum signatures, but also great for fun website elements!

Glitter-Graphics: Has gifs for all sorts of things you could need, a text generator, and a tiled background archive.

Catbox: A free service that lets you host files -- can host media, such as MP3s.

Geoblinkies: A search engine that searches for blinkies archived on Geocities websites!

PicMix: Build some glittery images using gifs from their gallery, or by uploading your own. The resulting images are very large, though. I recommend compressing them afterward if you intend to put them on your site.

Web Neko: A script you can put on your site - this script creates a kitty that will follow your mouse.

HTML Comment Box: One of many guestbook services out there, but this one is nice because you can plant it right on your site and customize its appearance with CSS. Does not require login to work, however you will not be able to mod your comments if you choose not to.
